He was predeceased by : his parents, George Harms and Ruth Harms; his wife Susan Pearl Harms; and his brothers, Gordon Harms and Darrel Harms.

He is survived by : his children, Diane Dahna of Dodge City and Bryan Harms (Diane) of McKinney, Texas; his sister Donna Salmans of Jetmore; and his grandchildren, Amanda Dahna of Wichita, Dylan Harms (Vivian) of McKinney and Demi Harms of McKinney, Texas. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
