He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ellen Hale. He is survived by: his parents, David Powell and Ellen Powell (Green); his sister Kirsten Powell; and his grandfather Steve Hale. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Devin's last act of giving while on this earth was organ donation. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family requests everyone to continue Devin's legacy by helping others.
