The passing of Edna B. Gilman of Dodge City, Kansas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on May 25, 2025 at the age of 90. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arva Handy and Opal Handy (Bruner); and her siblings, Pearl Kates and AJ Handy. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Gilman (Christine) and Todd Gilman; her sister Patricia (Howard Roach); her grandsons, T. J. Gilman (Kat), Hunter Gilman (MiKayla), Koby Nguyen, Keenan Nguyen and Kline Nguyen; and her great grandchildren, Jake Blakenship and Baker Lee Gilman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ziegler Funeral Chapel (1901 N 14th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Cornelius Episcopal Church (200 W Spruce St, Dodge City, KS 67801). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Graceland Cemetery.
The family suggests memorials to St. Cornelius Episcopal Church or the Cancer Center of Kansas both in care of Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, PO Box 70, Meade, Kansas 67864.
