He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Phillips and Anna Loraine Phillips (Dunn); his siblings, Harold Phillips (Stella), Jim Phillips (Linda), Rick Phillips (Pat), Donny Phillips, Juanita Boatright (Tommy), Carol Thomson, Diane Sidebottom and Marilyn Phillips; his brother-in-law Ed O'Neal; his niece Terry Phillips; and his nephew Chris Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Twilla Phillips of Dodge City; his daughters, Virginia Claborn (Kevin) of Lawton and Becky Porsch (Philip) of Bucklin; his grandchildren, Chase Claborn (Danny), Cody Claborn (Jessica), Michael Beshirs, Shelbey Beshirs and Matthew Beshirs (Virginia); and his siblings-in-law, Leroy Sidebottom and Patty O'neal. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Veterans Volunteer Services (for local veterans) in care of the funeral home.
