It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Dean Shipps (Dodge City, Kansas), born in Dighton, Kansas, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Merle Shipps and Naomi Shipps (Wright); and his siblings, Della Jenkinson, Amelita Miller and Wayne McCoy.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Claire Wickes; his children, William Shipps, Scott Shipps and Jennifer Shipps; his grandchildren, Jessica Shipps (Austin "AJ" Welch), Markayla Shipps and Courtney Shipps; his nephew John Jenkinson (Jana); and his niece Joy Giessel (George).
