He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Plush and Dorothy Plush (Brazeal); and his brothers, Gary Plush and Lloyd Graydon Plush. He is survived by : his wife Betty Follingstad; his children, Dr. Tamara Plush and Shane Plush (Donna); his grandchildren, Lauren Plush (Anthony Rhinehart) and Kade Plush; and his sister Jeanne Plush Cadman.
