She is survived by: her husband Jimmie R. Perkins; her children, Roger Perkins (Ronda) and Tonya Peer (Marque); her grandchildren, Kaely Perkins, Jordan Parker (Daniel), Kelley Cole (Stephanie) and Kacey Ward; her great grandchildren, Henry Parker, Harrison Parker, Sutton Parker, Maddie Cole, Kasen Cole and Kellan Ward; and her sister Wilma Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Hospice of the Prairie in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
