She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick James and Mary Bernice Slattery (Tully); her spouse Russell Smith; her siblings, James Slattery, Charlie Slattery and Ellen Gall; her daughter-in-law Debbie Smith; and her nephews, Cody Wilcoxen, Wade Gall, Jimmy Slattery, Adam Hornung and Mark Slattery.
She is survived by: her children, Shane Smith (Cindi), Susan Ojuko (Ayotunde) of Dodge City and Shawna Topor (Marty) of Eagle, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Trenton Haas, Treven Haas, Kory Haas, Sophie Topor, Jake Topor, Jillian Gillion, Shawna Lance, Chasity Dougherty, Heather Dougherty, Ashley Martinez, Trey Weve, Caitlyn Weve, Beau Doughtery and Johnathon Gillion; her sisters, Pat Hornung (Carl) of Flower Mound, Rose Ann Swinger (Earl) of Edmond, Sandy Montgomery (Rex) of Yukon and Betty Burgess (Curt) of Frisco; and her sister-in-law Kenna Slattery of Dodge City. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Andrews Catholic Church in care of the funeral home.
