Neil leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Neil’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Neil will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Rumford and Lula Rumford (Hendrickson); his brother Dennis Rumford; and his nephew Kyle Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Leona Rumford; his son Scott Rumford (Sabrina) of Dodge City; his stepdaughter Megan Canfield of Roanoke; and his sister Cynthia Lambert of Hays. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
