He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Quiñonez and Liduvina Palomares; and his brother Jaime Quiñonez. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Quiñonez (Valencia); his children, Maria Rendon (David) of Bakersfield, CA, Juan Ramon Quiñonez of Menlo Park, CA, Hernesto Quiñonez of Santa Rosa, CA and Rosy Quiñonez of Dodge City; his grandchildren, Anna Chavez, Jesse James Chavez, Amanda Rendon, Delia Rendon, Isabel Quiñonez, Isis Quiñonez, Irie Quiñonez, Isaiah Showers (Andrea), Angelica Perez, Michael Perez and Ruby Perez; his great grandchild Leopoldo Ramon Gonzales; and his siblings, Javier Quiñonez, Jose Luis Quiñonez, Elias Quiñonez, Graciela Malfavon, Maria Elena Hernandez, Rosa Chavez, Lourdes Guizar, Alicia Quiñonez, Silvia Morales, Jose Cruz Quiñonez, Anabel Quiñonez, Liduvina Quiñonez and Patricia Quiñonez.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swaim Funeral Chapel (1901 6th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801). A vigil service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swaim Funeral Chapel - Dodge City (1901 6th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe (3231 N 14th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801).
