He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis LeRoy and Norma Jean Keazer (Innis); and his sisters, Linda G. Keazer and Cindy L. Hearson. He is survived by: his siblings, Vickie L. Mondragon (David) of Dodge City and Gerald L. "Gary" Keazer (Emily) of Castle Rock, Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to Kansas Veterans' Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
