Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Bailey and Annie Lenora Bailey (Lloyd); and his daughter Sheri Buettgenbach. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Bailey (Eliza), Robin Blackburn (Phillip) and Windy Dillon (Dennis); and his siblings, Kelly Bailey, Marilyn Hausknecht, Joanne Romney and Linda Wilde. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
