She was predeceased by: her husband John Clay, Sr.; her children, Angiline Morgan, Cornelius Clay and Marion Clay; and her siblings, Bishop Chester Lewis, Theodore Lewis, Mae Walker, Viola Clay, Lucille Vanzone, Florine Littles and Ila June Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, John Clay, Jr. of Aurora and Anthony Clay of Seattle, Washington; her stepdaughter Julie White of London, England; and her siblings, Leroy Lewis of Wellington and Arvina Hughes of Winfield.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swaim Funeral Chapel (1901 6th Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Apostolic Faith Pentecostal Church.
Memorials are suggested to the church in care of the funeral home.
