He is survived by: his parents, Keith Walter and Linda Walter (Bennett); his son Scott Walter; his sisters, Kristy McCord (Will) and Shelia Miller (John); his parents-in-law, Dewey and Susan Harvey; his grandmother Sue Clark; his siblings-in-law, DeLynn Rummel (John), Cathryn Ulloa (Humberto), Jennifer Bruegger (Joe) and Dewey Harvey (Stacy) of Florida; and his siblings' children, Cody, Conner, Bruce, Allyson, Taylor, Hailey, Susan, Jake, Jenna, Dylan, Mary, Alex, Isabel, Logan, Nolan and Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, Will's family suggests memorials for the William Walter Memorial Fund, held at Western State Bank in Dodge City Kansas or in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
