She is survived by: her children, Hunter Michael and Maddison Dawn; her husband Chad Levings of Augusta, KS; her daughter Emily; her brother Jeff Peckham (Quillian) of Yukon, OK; her sibling's children, Maurcel, Chelsea, Zorion, Malachi and Zoey; her mother-in-law Carlita Levings; her sister-in-law Dana; her sibling's children, Shelby (Brady) and Coltan (Nicole); her brother-in-law Cory; her aunt Debbie; her uncle Rick Bonebrake of Enid, OK; her cousins, Victoria, Maci and Sarah; her uncle Jim; her aunt Angie; her great-grandparent LaUna; her grandfather Larry; Carol Payton of Port Orange, FL, Adam and Leon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of friends.
