She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hodge and Lorene Hodge (Burks); her husband George S. Giefing; and her sister Thelma Nicklin. She is survived by: her sons, Paul S. Giefing, Pete C. Giefing and David J. Giefing; and her sister Kathy. She is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bruce Funeral Home (106 S Center St, Gardner, KS 66030). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
