He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Richard and Barbara Elaine Duggan (Wilde). He is survived by: his wife Melinda Lee; his daughters, Nichole Merschman of New London, IA and Michelle Duggan of Gardner, KS; his siblings, Linda Honsicker (Dan) of Pittsburg, KS and Russ Duggan (Angela) of Kearney, MO; and his grandchildren, Misha Epstein, Helena Epstein and Riley Merschman.
