He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dean and Jeanette Odelia Eckelberry (DeSchinckel); his brother Tim Eckelberry; and his niece Katie Eckelberry. He is survived by: his wife Dana Thompson; his sons, Colin Eckelberry (Taylor Clemens) and Blake Eckelberry; his daughter-in-law Megan; his son Bryce Eckelberry; his daughter-in-law Alexia; his grandsons, Alexander and Brecksten Eckelberry; his parents-in-law, Mike and Vicky Hemley of Edgerton; his brother Derek Thompson; his sister-in-law Nicole Armstrong of Quenemo; his siblings, Mike Eckelberry, Linda Joyce, Pat Eckelberry, John Eckelberry, Jim Eckelberry, Ken Eckelberry and Jeff Eckelberry; his sister-in-law Deana Eckelberry; and his brother Dan Eckelberry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
