She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Monroe Cook and Opal Lucille Cook (Rexwinkle); her husband James William Phillips; and her grandsons, David Marquez and Chance Sandusky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Molnar of Sebastopol, CA, Leslie Sandusky (Curtis) of Edna, KS and Marcella Puente (Vic) of Lancaster, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one niece; and one nephew.
