He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Cook and Maxine L. Cook; and his sister Pamela Wall. He is survived by: his wife Christine Manley; his children, Amy Hough of Edna and Darrin Cook of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Kylie Hough, Kaitlyn Hough, Claire Cook and Malia Cook. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
