It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Black of Edson, Kansas, born in Larned, Kansas, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Cooley and Dorothy Cooley (Grate); and her siblings, Dale and Gerri. She is survived by: her husband Frank Black; her children, Pamela Nudson and Rick Black; her siblings, Diana Fahrenholtz (Dan) and Roger Cooley (Toni); her grandchildren, Sean Nudson, Christopher Black, Dezember Black and Charizma Black; her great grandchildren, Zara, Liam, Kyle, Brayden, Macey, Gavin, Anna and Maia; her uncle Daryl Cooley (Joan); and her cousin Jack Cooley (Linda).
