She was predeceased by : her parents, Leslie Schlup and Naomi Schlup. She is survived by : her husband Rick Russell; her children, Chris Russell (Whitney) of Bonner Springs, KS and Catie Russell (K. J.) of Edwardsville, KS.; her brother Philip Schlup of Basehor, KS; and her grandchildren, Hadley, Emeline, Chase and Kamryn.
