We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2023, at the age of 83, Leroy William Stutz of Effingham, Kansas, born in Atchison, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Christian and Ella Mae Stutz of Effingham, Kansas.; his wife Karen Lee; his son Brian Scott Stutz; his daughter-in-law Patty Stutz; his grandchildren, Aaron, Aimee and Austin Stutz; his granddaughter-in-law Anissa Stutz; his great grandchild Winnie Stutz; and his sisters, Helen Caplinger and Jeanette Berry.
