He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Butner and Opal Butner; and his brother Larry Butner. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sullivan; his children, Tina Wagner (Darryl) and Jeff Butner; his granddaughters, Sarah (Cody Martin), Grace (Kortin Blevins) and Deni (Rex Bruning); his great grandchildren, Karsyn, Kolby, Nash and Axel; and his brother Michael Butner (Jody).
