He was predeceased by : his sisters, Jan Startz and Linda Offerley; and his grandsons, Hunter Griffin and Jackson Wilson. He is survived by : his wife Donna; his children, Joshua Green of Colorado Springs and Jonna Conway (Matt) of Kazakhstan; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Emma, Eli Green, Caleb, Malachi, Charis and Canaan Conway. He is also survived by numerous children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
