He was predeceased by: his nephew Tristen Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Emory Fowler of Kechi and Christy Fry of Wichita; his parents, Melba Anderson of El Dorado and Charles E. Fowler, Sr. of Topeka; and his siblings, Dorothy Cooper (Troy) of El Dorado, Tricia Wiebe of Topeka, Lorene Baker of El Dorado, Ray Wyman (Trina) of Andover and Vicky Thyer of Overland Park. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
