He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vye and Frances Estelle Chamberlin (Hill); and his siblings, Donna Schwab, Ralph Chamberlin, Jr. and John Chamberlin.
He is survived by: his wife Sharolyn June Long; and his children, Richard Chamberlin, Kevin Chamberlin and Teresa Stratton (Jim). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SBA Cancer Center in Charlie's honor.
