He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tomlinson Kobel and Audrey Kobel (Teeter); and his sisters, Jane Biltonen and Mary Ellen Chollett. He is survived by: his sons, Dan Kobel of Blue Springs and David Kobel (Heather Ranger-Kobel) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his granddaughter Lila Kobel; his nephews, Mike and Eric Biltonen; and the mother of his children Brenda Kobel of El Dorado.
