She was predeceased by: her father Jack Samuels; her brother Carl Hogoboom; and her grandparents, Virgil, Faye Hogoboom, Emanuel "Monie" and Evelyn Schmidt.
She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Jo Hogoboom (Schmidt); her husband Loren Jack; her children, Missy Gooding (Casey), Lindy Sundgren (Zac) and Mindy Akery (Brian); her grandchildren, Hayden Howard (Londyn), Dylan Akery, Jaydon Sundgren, Cannon McCormack, Quinn Sundgren, Cheyan Gooding and Owen Akery; her great grandchild Collins Howard; and her cousin Debbie Wiese. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kansas Oil Museum.
