He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis "Melvin" Smith and Geraldine Drake; and his brother Robbin Smith. He is survived by : his daughters, Stephanie Jacobs (Chris), Stacie Lewis (Bobby) and Melissa Bliss (Norm); his wife Jan Stull; his siblings, Marsha Cutsinger (Roger) and Lewis Smith, Jr. (Donna); and his stepsons, Juston Seglem (Robin) and Jeremy Seglem. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the ASPCA, reflecting Roger's compassion for animals.
