He is survived by: his siblings, Davy Harkins (Mary Gail) of El Dorado, Henry Harkins (Ruth Ann) of Garden Plain, Dennis Harkins (Jessica) of Rantoul, Phillip Harkins of South Carolina, Dixie Lee Zahrowski of Gillette, WY and Roger Harkins (Deann) of Osage City, KS.
