He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Walter Johnson and Winnie Elizabeth Habiger (Johnson); and his siblings, Barbara Boughner (Johnson), Byron Johnson and Robert "Bob" Johnson.
He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Lee Henneberry; and his half-brother Mike Johnson.
