He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Joseph and MaryAnn Kowalsky (Klepper); and his sisters, Marla Macy and Barbara Kowalsky. He is survived by : his wife Lori Kowalsky of Ellinwood, KS; and his sister Gail Ann Geer of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by 5 nieces; 10 great-nieces and nephew; and 4 great-great nieces and nephews as well as many respected friends and co-workers.
