He is survived by : his parents, Harold Miller and Elma Jean Miller of Ellinwood, Kansas; his children, Breauna of Ponca City, OK and Brayden Miller of Overland Park, KS; his wife Pam Caffee; his siblings, Steve of Ellinwood, KS, Cherlyn and Angela of Hillsboro, KS.; and his grandchildren, Ava, Olivia, Hudson, Jude, Hope and Monroe.
