We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2024, at the age of 93, Thomas Wayne Starns of Ellinwood, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude M. Starns and Beatrice Starns (Elrod); his former life partner Maytha Louise Selby; and his siblings, F. Warren Starns and Marjorie Westover.

He is survived by : his daughters, Sheryl Starns and Connie Cortez (Frank); his grandchildren, Erica Starns Kalkofen, Frank Cortez and Steven Cortez; and his wife Ethel. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested towards DAV (Disabled American Vets) in care of Minnis Chapel, PO Box 246, Ellinwood, KS 67526.
