He is survived by: his sons, Jamie Cunningham of Ellsworth and Alex Cunningham (Alli) of Great Bend, KS; his grandchildren, Sailor, Ava Charowhas, Chesney Cunningham, Colton Hower, Cannon and Callon Cunningham; and his brother Kent Cunningham (Janell) of Kanopolis, KS..
