He is survived by: his children, Jason Ramsey of Sanford, NC, Jamie Ramsey of Bellingham, WA and Dustin Ramsey of Mission, KS; his brother Steve Ramsey (Mary) of Jenera, OH; and his sister-in-law Ellen Kempke (Don) of Kanopolis, KS..
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home (307 N Lincoln Ave, Ellsworth, KS 67439). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Ellsworth Memorial Cemetery.
