He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Koralek and Lillian Koralek (Choitz); and his brothers, Charles Stowell and Tim Null. He is survived by: his wife Marge Koralek of Ellsworth; his children, David Koralek, Jr. (Brenda) of Ellsworth and Tammy Kruse (Dan) of Ellsworth; his grandchildren, Lacy Minear (Cory), Ben Kruse (Morgan), Caleb Kruse (Cortni), Rachael Kruse, Kaitlyn Brickei (Dillon), Ella Roediger (TJ) and David Koralek III (Carrie); and his siblings, Chant Koralek of Kanopolis, KS and Lonnie Soukup (Donald) of Ellsworth. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
