He is survived by: his wife Lena Tummons of Ellsworth; his children, Jennifer Johnson (Tony) of Salina, KS, Valerie Nichols (Terry) of Alvord, TX and Jamie Westerhaus (Tammy) of Lipan, TX; his grandchildren, Taylor Tiemann (Matt), Lacey Hornung (Daniel) and Clay Hokr (Kalynn); and his great grandchild Ellie Hornung.
