She was predeceased by: her parents, Laten Kulander and Norma Kulander (Harris). She is survived by: her children, Charles Alan Hoggatt, Jerry Ray Hoggatt, Kimberly Ann Hoggatt Adoue and Kelly Dee Hoggatt Russell; and her grandchildren, Tyson, Cory, Kara, Lea Hoggatt, Jan, Neil and Navin Dunn. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
