She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O. and Mary Evassie Parks (Greene). She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Samples (Ginny) and Peter Samples (Ranae); and her grandchildren, Cas, Hunter, Sofie, Athena, Angela, Jonathan, Britney and Kaitlyn.
A memorial has been established to help defray Carole's medical expenses.
