With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Lewis Moore of Emporia, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 3, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, L. J. Moore and Hazel Lewis Moore; and his grandparents, Dale, Ida Lewis, Louis and Alexander Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moore of Emporia; his children, Danny Moore (Sheryl Davis-Moore) of Acton, Daren Moore (Laura) of Emporia and Darlena Sherwood (Ron) of Strong City; and his grandchildren, Alex Moore, Nate Moore, Austin Moore and Brooke Moore.
