He is survived by: his parents, Ed White and Renee Zavala; his siblings, Erika White, Danica White and Erik White; his grandparents, Marvin and Virginia White; his children, Zylyn and Kuhlani; and his siblings' children, Julian White, Lylah White, Jerry Millard III, Lilith Millard and Jaxen Millard.
