It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Schumann of Emporia, Kansas, born in Sabetha, Kansas, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Gerald Lee. He is survived by : his mother Orinne Schumann (Lacy) of Emporia; his former life partner Frankie Saffer; his children, Garrett Schumann of Emporia, Colton Schumann (Cristy) of Kinsley, Jamie Hilton (William) of Ponca City and Lacie Succi of Emporia; his siblings, James Michael Schuman (Shannon) of Emporia, Daniel Lynn Schumann (Donna) of Emporia, Sam Schumann of Topeka, Michelle Gavin (Brad) of Emporia and Gaye Harden of Emporia; and his grandchildren, Shayne McGee, Austin Houk, Graycen Hilton, Layton Succi and Elise Succi.
