He is survived by: his mother Faye Carmichael; his daughter Cassandra Carmichael of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Madison and Mason Davis of Emporia; his siblings, Patricia Carmichael of Emporia, Audrey Barker of Virginia and Jim Herron of Emporia; Faye Turpin of Oklahoma.
