She is survived by: her daughters, Lori McDonnell and Melissa Ellsworth (Brad); her sister LeeAnn Bentiste; and her grandchildren, McKayla Ortiz-Hinostroza (Gabriel), Hunter Ellsworth (Sarah), Hayden Ellsworth (Kyla), Virginia, Annikah Sosa (Elijah Rowley) and Colston McDonnell. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
