He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Boyce and Thelma Boyce (Richards); his wife Dorothy M. Jones; his siblings, Don Boyce, Ruth Wieland (Maxine), Helen Thill and Lola Farr; his stepson Terry Schmidt; and his great grandchild Bobby Joe Bullard.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Sandy Parrack; his daughter-in-law Joan Gabbert; his granddaughter Jennifer Palmer (Michael); his children, William Bullard, Coby, Cory Palmer, Andrew Schmidt (Kiley) and Anna Linhardt (Justin); his grandchildren, Josie, Morgan and Rosalind; his son Joseph Schmidt (Brea); his grandchildren, Tatum, Maria and Frank; and his daughter Rachel Schmidt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Hand In Hand Hospice with contributions sent in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, PO Box #175, Emporia, Kansas 66801, which is assisting with arrangements.
