He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Kreger, Bert and Sarah Campbell; his nephew Kingam Johnson; his aunt Carol Hicks; and his uncles, Russell Campbell, Rick Schwerdffeger and J. D. Hickert.
He is survived by: his parents, Tammera Kreger (Campbell) of Garden City and Ron Kreger; his wife Megan Campbell of Emporia; his son Brentley Campbell of Emporia; his siblings, Thomas Campbell of Garden City, Joshua Kreger (Monica) of Junction City, Lacey Kreger of Kansas City, Kristian Call (Nate) of Colby, Kallie McDaniel (Cameron) of Scott City and Kassidy Mehl of Colby; his nieces and nephews, Kayzleigh, Brody, Kale, Kason, Kade, Cambreigh, Emma, Kimberly, Leela, Myles, Lochlan and Madelyn; Tiffany Mehl of Oakley, Karen, Dave Crouch of Emporia, Peggy Chaffain of Burlington and Layne Higgins (Sara) of Emporia.
