We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2024, at the age of 92, Marvin Joseph Schmidt of Emporia, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Norbert Schmidt and Loretta Schmidt (Waechter); and his sisters, Dorothy Bowers and Shirleen Holden. He is survived by : his children, Gary Schmidt (Judy) of Rome, GA, David Schmidt (Gaylene) of Hartford, KS, Donna Thomsen (Gary) of Lamont, KS and Jan Mercer (Jeff) of Olpe, KS. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
