He is survived by: his stepdaughter Megan Ruiz (Frankie); his stepgrandchildren, Brooklynn of Emporia, Maia of Emporia and Eric of Emporia; his stepchild Jerry Parks (Morgan); his stepgrandchildren, Amelia, Aurora and Abbott of Garnett, Kansas; his stepsons, Mitch Stone (Shannon) and Andrew Parks (Shelly); his stepgrandchildren, Lily, Evie and Marvel of Valentine, Nebraska.; his siblings, Roy Miller (Annette) of Emporia, Sue Nutterfield of Olathe, Kansas and Sally Miller-Cheek (Michael) of San Antonio; his nephews, Jesse Miller (Tina), Aaron Nutterfield (Emily), Connor Nutterfield and Kristopher Cheek; and his great-nephews, Beau Miller and Everett Nutterfield.
